Bill Peaden

Bill Peaden, age 68, of Crestview, passed away on April 17, 2017, at UAB in Birmingham, AL. He was born on June 8, 1948 in Milton, Florida to John Denton and Catheren Peaden. Bill was a member of Destiny Worship Center, he enjoyed music and playing the guitar.  Bill loved to sing and fish, but most of all he loved his children and grandchildren. Bill worked as a Master Machinist for 40 plus years before his retirement.  Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Diane.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Joyce Peaden; children, Troy Peaden and wife Julie of Miramar Beach, J.D. Peaden and wife Jennifer of Dothan, Courtney Ellis and husband B.J. of Birmingham, and Cory Peaden and wife Kelsey of Statesboro, Ga.; brother, John Peaden and wife Hazel; sister, Betty Griffith; eight grandchildren, Gage, Jake, Bailey, Collier, Kelsey, Payton, Carli, and Harper; also, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family survive Bill.

A time of visitation will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 from 1:00-2:00pm at Destiny Worship Center 419 Stillwell Blvd. Crestview, Florida, with the service starting at 2:00pm. Burial will be at Good Hope Congregational Cemetery in Baker, Florida.
