Colin Gray

Colin Gray, 54 of Niceville, Florida went home to be with the Lord on April 28, 2015 at Titusville Rehab Center in Titusville, Florida after a courageous battle with an extended illness. His devotion to his family and belief in God gave him support through his struggles and ultimately gave him peace.

            Colin was born to George Gray III and Ruth C. Gray in San Antonio, Texas on March 20, 1961. He is a graduate of Niceville High School in 1979. He was baptized at an early age, and became a member of First Baptist Church of Valparaiso after moving to the area in 1978. He held many different jobs, but his passion was cooking and photography. He also enjoyed bike riding and spending time with his family.

            Colin is survived by his mother, Ruth C. Gray of Niceville; brother, Brian J. Gray and wife Nancy of Niceville; brother, George L. Gray and wife Kellye of Baker. He was preceded in death by his father George Gray III. He is also survived by his nephew, Matthew Gray and nieces Jennifer (Gray) Perez, Logan Gray and Karlee Gray.

            His memorial service will be held on Tuesday May 26, 2015 at 6:00pm at the First Baptist Church of Valparaiso with the Reverend Ernest Walker officiating. A time of fellowship and visitation will follow at 7:00pm in the church fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to Covenant Hospice of Northwest Florida.
