Dana Guyman Gray

Dana Gray, age 58, of Crestview and formally of Carrollton, TX passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2017, surrounded by his family.  He was born in Eglin Air Force Base on July 27, 1959, to Herman Odell and Gertrude Gray.  Dana graduated from Crestview High School.  He worked as an Electronics Technician for many years.  Dana loved playing the guitar and loved to fix things for people.  Most of all he loved sailing his catamaran across Choctawhatchee Bay.  Dana was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  He was preceded in death by his father Herman Odell Gray and a sister Janna Gray.

            Survivors include his mother Gertrude Kennedy Gray, sister Freda Wing and husband Mike, 7 nieces and nephews: Jessica, Nathan, Jennifer, Kristen, Matthew, Daniel, and Joshua.  Also surviving are 14 great nieces and nephews.  A private service will be held later by the family.
