Darlene June Buesinger

Darlene June Buesinger, age 78, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, March 12, 2017, in Miramar Beach, Florida.

She was a graduate of Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and a co-founder along with her late husband, Richard, of Living Faith Christian Center in Niceville, FL.

Darlene’s greatest passion was loving, supporting and nurturing her family.  She was an unsurpassed wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and will be deeply missed by her family.

She was recently preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Lt. Col. Richard L. Buesinger, Sr. (USAF Ret.)

Darlene is survived by two sons, David E. Buesinger (wife, Audrey) and Richard L. Buesinger, Jr.(wife, Heather); a daughter, Denise Buesinger Brown (husband, Jerry); her brother in law, Ronald E. Buesinger (wife Jean);sisters, Jeanie Schneider and Diane McArdle; grandchildren, David, Audrey, Heather, Kirsten, Caitlin, Emmalee, David and Stephen; and six great grandchildren, Ashton, Parker, Hailey, Ava, Jernigan and Quinn.

A Celebration of Darlene’s life will take place at 10 AM Friday, March 17, 2017, at Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home in Crestview.  The family will receive friends starting at 9:30AM.  Burial will be at Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola, FL, at 1 PM.
