Eleanor June Evans

Eleanor June Evans, age 85, of Crestview, passed away December 22, 2017, in Crestview. She was born June 30, 1932 in Birmingham, AL, to the late Lottie and Josh Perry, and was a member of the Campton Assembly of God. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Carolyn Tye, brother, Homer, and sisters, Louise, Elberta and Bobbie. Eleanor is survived by sons, Roy “Skip” Rutland, George Rutland and Jason Donde Evans; daughters, Linda Gail Stoffer and Barbara Gates; nine grandchildren, Alan, Dalia, Micky, Crystal, Stevie, Felicia, Mandy, Cody, and Crystal; seven great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. Memorial Services will take place at 2 PM on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home, with Rev. Donnie Cadenhead officiating.
