Jonathan Edward Berry

Jonathan Berry, age 39 passed away on Friday May 13, 2016.  He was born in Pensacola, FL on July 19, 1976, to Patsy Cobb and Jim Berry.  Jonathan graduated from Baker High School in 1994.  He played on the 1993 State Championship football team.  Jonathan also graduated from Tallahassee Community College and attended Florida State University.  He loved the water and loved parasailing.  His pride and joy was his son, Noah Berry.  Jonathan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather J.D. Berry and grandmother Lorraine Berry; maternal grandfather Robert Cobb and Aunt Linda Berry.  Survivors include his son Noah Berry, the pride of his life; father Jim Berry; mother Patsy Cobb; brother Trey Berry; grandmother Jean Cobb; niece Sydney Berry and nephew Jack Berry; Aunts: Betty Brunson and husband Sam; Linda Maloy; Judy Fowler and husband Mike; Jan Blocker and husband Ken; Terry Thames and husband Chuck; Uncles Bob Cobb and wife Bobbie; Aunt Dixie Berry Mullaney and Uncles: Bill Berry and Kim Berry and wife Diane.  Also surviving are numerous cousins who were all so special to him.

A time of visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.  A private family service will take place at a later time.
