Leona Rosemond Hilton, age 80, of Baker, Fla., passed away September 28, 2015 at Shoal Creek Rehabilitation Center in Crestview, Fla.

                She was born in Buckhannon, West Virginia on December 24, 1934 to Aubrey and Keith Simons.

                She was a retired bookkeeper, having worked for several businesses in Crestview including James Lee Motors and Buck Lee Auto Market.

                Mrs. Hilton was preceded in death by her husband Don E. Hilton. Survivors include one son, Keith Hilton of Baker, and one daughter, Donna Hilton, a resident of Shoal Creek Rehabilitation Center. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Kay Hilton and Kevin Hilton (Kara).

                The family would like to express special thanks to the staff of Shoal Creek Rehabilitation Center for their care and dedication during her time there as a resident.  

                Services will be held Friday, October 2nd at 11AM at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Baker with the Rev. Geoffrey Prows Officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. A time of visitation will be held Thursday October 1st from 6-8PM, also at the church.
