Nancy J Costabile

          Nancy J. Costabile, age 77, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 5, 2015. Nancy was born December 23, 1937 in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania to Donald and Ethel Marks.

          She was a member of The First United Methodist Church in Crestview, Florida. Nancy’s greatest achievements were her family. She loved to be creative with crafts, loved making personalized cards for everyone, also loved her “Monday Night” group and shopping.

          Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Don Marks.

She is survived by her husband, Michael E. Costabile; sons, Michael Costabile and Gregg Costabile; daughter, Brenda Lembo; Grandchildren, Angela Costabile, Kyle Costabile, Nicholas Lembo, Michael Lembo, Trevor Costabile, Maija Costabile, Joshua Howard, Jennifer Richardson, Levi Howard, and Chase Marshall; Great-Grandchildren, Trevor Costabile, Weston Costabile, and Gianna Costabile.

          Celebration of life will be held at First United Methodist Church in Crestview, Florida, on Friday, October 9, 2015 at 11:00am. In lieu, of flowers the family would like for donations to be made at the charity of your choice.
