Becky Strickland Bernard

Becky Bernard age 53 of Crestview passed away on Friday June 7, 2019, at North Okaloosa Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was born in Panama City on February 3, 1966 to Roble and Carolyn Strickland. Becky graduated from Crestview High School in 1984. She attended Apostolic Life Tabernacle. Becky loved her kids; they were her life. She loved FSU football and hanging out with friends. Becky enjoyed “front porch sittin” and drinking coffee. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Curtis and Rosa Moseley and Bonnie Hughes; and her parents Roble and Carolyn Strickland. Survivors include her children: Isaiah Conyers and Jacey Conyers; sister Rhonda Martin and her husband Richard; nieces and nephews: Morgan Martin, Chad Martin and wife Kayla and their children Maila and Kaipo Martin; along with a host of Aunts, Uncles and many cousins. Also surviving were her best friends: Jimmy, Chasity, Mitzi, Jill, Sharon, Stephanie, Rebecca, Ashley, Virginia, Janine, Teresa, and Christina. A time of visitation with the family will be on Monday June 10, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home. The celebration of Becky's life will be on Tuesday June 11th, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Apostolic Life Church with burial to follow in the Liveoak Park Memorial Cemetery.
