Betty Hibbs

Betty Hibbs age 70 of Crestview passed away on Friday December 20, 2019 at North Okaloosa Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was born in Bonifay, Florida on July 16, 1949 to George and Lois Gray.  Betty worked for many years at the White Sands Bowling Center in Fort Walton Beach.  She loved arts and crafts, especially painting, loved to play her video games on her phone, enjoyed going camping with her family, loved spending time in the yard and doing her yard work, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.  Betty was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter-in-law Melisa Hibbs.

    Survivors include her husband of 39 years Roger Hibbs, her children: Lisa Perez, Stephen Schramm and wife Crystal and Kenneth Hibbs, , her sisters: Eva Colvin and Tina Fajardo;  and her brothers: Walton Gray and Tommy Gray. The apple of her eye her grandchildren: Nico Perez, Jaliza Cabral, Mark Harris, Serena Schramm, Donovan Schramm, Kenneth Hibbs, Jr, Charles Hibbs, and Hope Hibbs;  and 9 Great grandchildren.

    A graveside service will be held at 11:30 am Friday, January 3, 2020 at Barrancas National Cemetery.  The family asks if you wish to go to the graveside service please meet at the funeral home at 9:00am in order for the procession to leave promptly at 9:30.
