Daniel "Bud" Strickland Obituary

Daniel Z. Strickland Jr “Bud” 78, of Crestview FL, passed away in his own home surrounded by his family on Friday, August 2, 2019.

Dan is survived by his son Steven Jacobson, his daughter Wende Parsley, his granddaughters Emily, Hannah, and Kelsey Jacobson, Danielle Jones, great grandson Zachary Jones, and sister Judy Miller.

Daniel was a career soldier who retired as a USAF Lt. Col. Daniel spent much of his retirement being a devoted grandfather and was an integral part of his granddaughters lives.

A service honoring Daniel will be 12:00 noon on Monday, August 12, 2019 at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola FL.
