Dorothy Bradley Kelley, age 73, passed away peacefully on Friday morning, July 12, 2019, in Crestview. She was born September 12, 1945 in Andalusia, AL, to the late Ronel Bradley and Estella (Jackson) Bradley. Her family moved to Niagara Falls in 1952 and she graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1963. Dorothy then resided in Norwalk, Connecticut starting in 1968, and was employed by the PerkinElmer Company from 1969 to 1986. She then made her residence in Chesapeake, VA, in 1987 and eventually accepted a position in BAE Systems, where she worked for 14 years until her retirement in 2014. She enjoyed the first years of retirement in Kissimmee, FL, and then moved to Crestview, FL until the Lord called her home. Dorothy is survived by a large and loving family, including her daughters, Nora Bradley Nance and Patricia Hunt, both of Crestview; grandchildren, David Ronell Nance of Waterbury, CT, Peggy Nance of Orlando, FL, Tyana Iglehart, of Chesapeake, VA, Trinity Hunt, of Crestview, and TreSean Todd, also of Crestview; great grandchildren, DaMarr Nance and Wynter Nance, both of Norwalk, CT, Bryana Nance, of Orlando, FL, and KaMaiya B. Iglehart, of Chesapeake, VA; Three sisters, Jackie James, of AL, Rosie Bradley Dixon (husband, Jamel) and Stella Bradley, of Chesapeake, VA; six brothers, Russell Bradly and David Bradley, both of Crestview, FL, Charles Bradley, of New Haven, CT, Ronel Bradley of Niagra Falls, NY, Willie Bradley and Jimmy Bradley, of Atlanta, GA.; cousins, Jean and Nell; sixteen nieces and nephews, and eleven great nieces and nephews. The family sends a special thanks to Lisa Carter (“Little Rat”), of Atlanta, GA. Dorothy will be interred in the family lot in Roosevelt Memorial Park Cemetery in Chesapeake, VA.
