Wish I could have met such a fascinating man. God truly gave you a daughter who loved you dearly. She certainly was an angel to move back to FL to make sure you were lovingly cared for. She could not have done it without her precious husband. God bless you both. You are very loved.

Dear Ed, I wasn’t going to write anything because lighting a candle and saying a prayer seemed sufficient. However, I cried today. Not tears because I’m sad your life has ended but truly happy tears. I sat in the funeral home and thought back to so many wonderful memories. You weren’t just a man eating breakfast for the past ten years. You were a mentor, an inspiration and more than anything a friend. Your memory will forever make me smile. I will love you forever.

My deepest sympathy to Rebecca in the passing of my fellow co-worker and friend. We were in the Engineering executive department working together for over 25 years here in Birmingham.
