Mavis Tucker

Mavis Marie Rogers Tucker passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019 in Shoal Creek Rehabilitation Center in Crestview, Florida.  She was a native of Laurel Hill, Florida and a resident of Crestview, Florida.

She is preceded in death by husband, Rev. D. R. (“Doc”) Tucker, her brothers, Ellis Rogers. Alton Rogers, Eddie Rogers and infant Clinton Rogers; her sisters, Bertie Mae Wilkinson, Myrtle Weaver, Dorene Walker, and Myrl Wilkinson.

Survivors include her son, Dennis J. (Karen) Tucker of Mobile, AL; grandchildren Megan (Aaron) Moon, Katrin Lesleigh Tucker both of Dallas, TX; one great grandchild, Elizabeth Caroline Moon; also, her sister, Carolyn Hataway; and many much loved nieces & nephews.

Private Services will be held with burial in Live Oak Memorial Park.  Arrangements provided by Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home, Crestview.
