Paul E Tyner

Paul E. Tyner, a Crestview resident, age 93, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017 in Florala, Alabama. He was born on February 18, 1924 in Laurel Hill, Florida, to Joseph Tyner and Maggie Hutto. Paul was a World War II Army Air Corps Veteran. He was the retired business owner of Superior Typographical company in Atlanta, Georgia. He enjoyed playing golf, boating and being involved in many organizations; US Coast Guard Reserves, Elks Lodge, the American Legion, Amvet and the NRA.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years Deane Tyner; brothers, Marshall, Phil, Nolan, Theodore, and JW Tyner; sisters, Inez Sikes, Irene Stephenson, Myrtice Tyner; and he leaves behind many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.

A time of visitation will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017 from 11:00am-12:00 at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home with the service starting at 12:00pm.
