Randy, I want you to know that you've always meant a lot to me. I've known you since you were 13 and lived behind us on the island. Little did I know then that someday you'd become the husband of my daughter and the father of my grandson, Justin. I'll always love you for giving me this wondering your man. Our family will honor you always and will miss your more than words can express. You have left an everlasting impression on me and so glad I was able to see you at Justin's 30th. Thank you for all the wonderful memories. Love, Granny.

I will always remember Randy as the handsome young man who ran around St Simon's Island chasing his young love Conni. They were so young and in love. I remember Randy cruising over to Conni's house in a golf cart after school and she would jump in the cart with him and away they would go. Such a sweet memory.

Randy was one of the most Sweetest, Caring, and Loveable men I have ever known. Randy and I became friends approximately four years ago. He taught me the meaning to " Walk Slow" in my life and how to never settle for anything less than what I deserve when it comes to relationships. He always put everyone else's feelings before his own. He was the most unselfish person I had ever known. Also, he was one of the most hard-working, talented men who knew a lot about everything. I saw him for the last time the first night of his chemo at Sacred Heart Hospital. He was so excited and felt so BLESSED that it was Labor Day weekend and he had family members coming to visit him. Justin was coming down from Savannah and Brett was playing ball that night but both would be coming to visit him the following day. He was SO PROUD of his two sons. In every situation, he always kept his spirits up. He was more worried about how the news of his declining health was affecting his family members than what he had been through and was fixing to endure with his chemotherapy treatments. He really touched my heart like he never had before with the statements he made concerning all who were very dear to his heart. I will always cherish the times we spent together and the wonderful friendship we shared. I know in my heart that he has been given a very special pair of wings in Heaven! Randy will be missed greatly! 💕

Randy, I'll always love you. You're the father of our son. You're my lifelong friend and you were my rock when times were tough. We've been through so much together in this thing called life. So many memories going back 40 years! I still can't believe you're gone. Rest In Peace and please watch over our sweet boy who is now a man.
