Sheila Sanchez

Sheila Sanchez blessed our lives for 55 years with nothing but love and positivity.  She was born on June 3, 1963 in Aurora, Illinois and has lived her life with a few simple rules, Love God, be positive and never give up.  She has left behind a legacy for all to follow and a model example of strength for anyone who knew her.  She loved her friends and family with all her heart and leaves her examples for her four kids to emulate, Ashily Sanchez, Brianna Sanchez, Diego Sanchez, Romy Sanchez and grandson Nova Thurman.  She was a devoted wife to her husband Terry Sanchez for 25 yrs and became the nucleus of the family unity.  She left this chapter of life on 13 May 2019 to move to the next chapter and continue to do Gods work and her destiny as our guiding angel and beacon of hope and strength.  Her passion was transparent as she devoted all her energy into her family and friends.  Sheila always made the time for the Crestview soccer team both boys and girls to cheer and support.  Sheila’s impact in the city of Crestview and throughout the multiple places she had lived has been highlighted during her last few days.  She was loved instantly by everyone that new her and the family is deeply appreciative for the care and support that everyone provided.  We thank God for letting us have her in our lives and wish to celebrate Sheila’s passing as a positive event to continue her legacy as the smiley upbeat loving woman she was and will always be remembered as. From her family, “we love you Mommy”.  Celebration of Life will be on Sunday 19 May 2019 at the Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home at 436 West James Lee BLVD, Crestview, Florida 32536.  Friends are welcomed to view and say goodbye at 3PM and service will begin at 4PM.  Please wear bright clothes or casual as this is a celebration of life and not a funeral.
