Ray Busbee

Ray Busbee, age 76 of Laurel Hill, passed away November 3, 2009 in Pensacola, Florida.  He has worked for himself in the construction business doing sheet rock for the past forty five years.  Mr. Busbee was a member of Westside Assembly of God.  He is survived by his wife of forty nine years, Roselyn Busbee; children, Angie Bess, Ricky Busbee and wife Michelle, Rusty Busbee and wife Minnie and Reed Busbee and wife Stephanie; siblings, Gwen Motley and husband Jim, Polly Ferdon, Jean White and husband Larry, Faye White and husband Joel, Eula Gilley, and Walon “Tom” Busbee; ten grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.  
A time of visitation will be held Thursday, November 5, 2009 from 6-8 at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral.  The funeral service will take place Friday, November 6, 2009 at 2pm at Westside Assembly of God with Reverend T.V. Kolmetz officiating.  Burial will follow at Liveoak Park Memorial Cemetery.  Guest register and condolences are available online at www.whitehurstpowellfuneralhome.com .  Arrangements are entrusted to Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home.
