Anne serena Kilcrease

Anne Serena Kilcrease, age 81 of Baker, passed away May 26, 2022 at Silvercrest Nursing Home in Crestview, Florida. She was born Annie Serena McDonald on September 21, 1940 to Gilbert and Serena McDonald. The youngest of five sisters and one brother, Anne was a graduate of Baker School and lived in the Baker/Munson area her entire life.

Anne was the devoted wife of Wilton L. Kilcrease for 53 years and mother of four. She was a homemaker and worked several years at Vanity Fair in Niceville, Florida before a debilitating injury ended her work career.

Anne loved camping and going to Blue Grass Festivals and made many lasting friendships over the years in the local Blue Grass music community.

Anne is preceded in death by her Father and Mother; four sisters, Alice Reed, Mary Reed, Martha Slaughter, and Minnie Parker; one brother, Gilbert McDonald Jr.,; her husband, Wilton L. Kilcrease; and one son, Donald L. Kilcrease.

She is survived by three children; Kenneth D. Kilcrease and wife Janice, Patricia Peacock and husband Larry, and Harold Kilcrease all of Baker, Florida; one sister, Sue Walton of Grand Ridge, Florida; twelve Grand Children; twenty-one Great- Grand Children; two Great-Great- Grand Children and numerous cousins , Nieces and Nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held June 2, 2022 at 11:00am at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home.
