Bob Copeland

Bob Copeland, age 58, passed away July 12, 2020 at his home. He was born on November 4, 1961 in Mount Pleasant, PA and was the son of  Bill and Flora Copeland. Bob graduated from Crestview High School, and he worked at Mills A/C and Westing House for many years. Bob loved going to Biloxi and the casinos.  His passion was the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Florida State Seminoles.  Bob loved to play softball and played many years in leagues and travel tournaments.  Most of all Bob loved his family and friends.  He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Copeland; and siblings, David and Brenda.

He is survived by his wife, of seven years, Kathy Copeland; mother, Flora Copeland; son, Matt Copeland; daughter, Lindsay Copeland; brother, Billy; sisters, Thelma, Marty, Karen, Diane, Sally, Robin, Becky, Dottie, Sharon, and Amy; and numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.

A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 from 1:00-2:00pm at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home with the funeral service starting at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Aubrey Jordan Cemetery.

The family asks that if you come to the services that you practice social distancing in family groups and that you wear a masks or face covering while in the building.  uilding. While we yearn to love and hug on each one of you individually, there will be no formal visitation to limit the risks that are present at this time.
