Brenda Adcock

Brenda Adcock was welcomed into heaven on Friday February 3, 2023 at the age of 63. She was born in Portgual at Lajes Field Air Force Base, but grew up in Crestview, Fl. She graduated from Crestview High School in 1977 and went to Andrew College. She married Thomas Adcock in 1980 and they had two children. Brenda worked for the Okaloosa County Clerk of Court for 34 ½ years. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Crestview and enjoyed serving, from singing in the choir to teaching Acteens. Most of all Brenda loved her family, especially her three grandhildren.

          Brenda is survived by her husband of 43 years Thomas Adcock; daughter Suzanne Hartzog and husband Bryce; grandchildren: Evie, Charley, and Tommy Hartzog; sister Barbara Robinson, and Aunt Evelyn Howard. Also surviving are her brothers and sisters in law; Holly and Stephen Booe, Sally and Stephen Yozviak, and Myra and Larry Kubinek, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Andy Adcock, her parents James and Lannie Howard, and Joe and Lillian Owen.

          The celebration of Brenda’s life will be held on Wednesday February 8, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Crestview. A time of visitation with the family will begin at 3:00 p.m.
