Byron Lee Davis, Jr.

Byron Lee Davis, Jr, was born on March 1, 1953 in Kansas City, MO to Beverly Simpson. 

Byron rode his Harley into heaven on December 14, 2021.  He was a devoted husband, father and Paca who loved his family dearly.  His deep and enduring love for his wife spanned across their lifetime while they raised 2 daughters together whom were the apple of his eye. He had so many friends, because he never met a stranger.  He was a simple man, loved being outdoors, being on his motorcycle, fishing with his buddies, and spending time with his grandsons, whether it be playing on the floor with toys or throwing the football.  He was was a patriot of his country and a man of God who believed in standing up for what is right. He knew something about everything and always had a story to tell.
Byron leaves behind his wife Melody, his two daughters, Nicole Mayo and Olivia Meyers, sons in law Bobby Mayo and David Meyers, along with 2 grandsons Austin William Zaal and David Douglas Meyers, III. 
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, Dec 19, 2021 from 4-6pm at Whitehurst Powell Funeral home in Crestview, FL.
