Carol Anne Embrey

Carol Anne Embrey, 70, of Holts Summit, MO passed away on December 16th 2025, in Niceville, FL in her sleep surrounded by loving family. 

Carol was born April 1, 1955 in Council Bluffs, IA, the daughter of Joseph Sollazo and Lulu May. 

Carol loved raising animals such as her horses and chickens. She especially loved spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids. She shared with both a strength and love that leaves a lasting legacy. 

Remaining to cherish Carol's memory are her spouse, Anthony Embrey; children, Brian and Mary; and her grandkids and great grandkids. 

May we all benefit from the memories of her strength, wisdom, and stubbornness. But, most of all, I hope we remember her love.
