Chad Arnold

          Chad Arnold age 52 of Crestview passed away on April 12, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born in Milton, FL on April 2, 1971, to Gary and Theresa Arnold. He graduated from Crestview High School in 1989. Chad served his country in the United States Navy for 4 years. Chad worked with his daddy at Arnie’s Smoked Meat as the head sausage maker for several years. He went to work for Hampton Motors where he was the Service and Parts Manager for many years. As a child Chad was dedicated at Shady Grove. He loved fishing the Big water and the little waters. He also loved to hunt. Chad was an excellent cook and loved to grill and smoke meat. He was a gentle giant and was respected by everyone. Chad loved to help people in need, especially when he could assist, and it never be known. His father taught him to shoot pool and Chad would play in many local tournaments and win most of them. He had a love building guns and built his father a gun he cherishes to this day. Most of all Chad loved his family and spending time with them. He was preceded in death by his grandparents George and Louise Arnold, and George and Theo Dreading.

            Chad is survived by his parents, Gary and Theresa Arnold; Becky, the mother of Connor and Ava, Ellie, the mother of Madeline; his sister Kristi Arnold; his nieces and nephew, Megan, Gracy, and Chance; Aunt Nel; and lifelong friend Mark Sweck along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many many friends.

            A time of visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday April 18, 2023, at Milligan Assembly of God from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. The celebration of Chad’s life will be on Wednesday April 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Milligan Assembly of God. A private burial will take place at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
