Charles “Chuck” Alan Hohman
February 2, 1950 ~ December 22, 2024 (74 Years Old)

Chuck Hohman, age 74, of Crestview, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on February 2, 1950, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, to Andrew and Elizabeth Hohman.

Chuck graduated from North Hills High School and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 22 years, retiring with honor. Following his military service, he worked for 15 years with the Okaloosa County School Board before retiring for good. Throughout his life, Chuck was an avid outdoorsman, with a particular passion for fishing. However, nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, who were the light of his life.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Elizabeth Hohman. He is survived by his devoted wife, Mary Ann; his son, Paul Hohman and his wife Rhonda; his daughter, Stefanie Sapp and her husband Duane; his sisters, Sandy Link and her companion Tony, and Kathy Laue and her husband Chip; as well as his beloved grandchildren, Halie Sapp, Lelia Hohman, and Susan Hohman.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2024, at 5:00 PM at the Chapel of Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place on Friday, January 3, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, FL. Family and friends are asked to meet at the Olive Baptist Church Warrington campus, 103 W Winthrop Ave, Pensacola, FL 32507, no later than 1:30 PM to proceed to the cemetery together.

Chuck will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
