Clifford Stockman

Clifford Stockman, age 91, of Crestview, FL passed away Sunday, May 8, 2022, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, May 13, 2022, in the Chapel at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home, located at 436 West James Lee Boulevard in Crestview, FL with Dr. Stan Lewis officiating. Burial to follow 3:00 PM at Bushfield Cemetery, McKenzie, AL. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 12, 2022, from 5:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Clifford, son of the late Fred and Mattie Wiggins Stockman, was born February 25, 1931, in McKenzie, AL. Clifford served his country honorably in the United States Army from 1949-1951. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Crestview, loved spending time with his family, and enjoyed farming. Clifford retired as a high-speed photographer with Vitro Government Contracting at Eglin Air Force Base.

Other than his parents, Clifford is preceded in death by his brothers Darvin Stockman and John Robert Stockman; sister Margie Stockman Williams. Those left to cherish his memories include his wife Dorothy Lynch Stockman; son Clifford Lamar Stockman (Mark Ramirez); daughters Betty Stockman and Linda Stockman Dukes (Carlton F. Dukes); grandchildren Lindsay Copeland, Matthew D. Copeland, Kyle J. Dukes; Haley N. Dukes, and Kevin Dukes.
