Debra Reaves was called to her heavenly home on October 27th, 2024 at 73 years old. She was born on April 10, 1951 to William and Marjorie Cole in Langdale, Alabama. Debra was a graduate of Lanett High School, Lanett, Alabama.  

Debra married the love of her life, Tommy Reaves, on February 12th, 1970 in Chambers County, Alabama and they celebrated 54 years of marriage.  They have lived in Crestview, Florida since 1987. Debra retired from the Okaloosa County School District but her favorite job was a homemaker for her loving family. 

Debra is survived by her loving husband and best friend, Tommy Reaves; two sons, William Todd Reaves (Christina) and Timothy Franklin Reaves (Michelle), nine grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, her sister, Sherry Crenshaw Smith (Richard), brother, Scotty Cole, several nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws. 

Debra was blessed with a lot of family and friends. She loved the Lord and her family with all her heart. 

Debra is a member of the Victory Baptist Church of Crestview, Florida. 

Debra, Mom, Memaw is loved by many and will be forever in our hearts. 

A time of visitation will be held October 31, 2024 form 9:00- 10:00 am at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home with funeral service starting at 10:00 am.
