Dwight Cadenhead

          Dwight Cadenhead age 59 of Escambia Farms passed away on Sunday August 21, 2022, at his home. He was born in Crestview on May 1, 1963, to Albert and Virginia Cadenhead and was a lifelong resident of the area. He worked for many years as a roofer. Dwight loved the outdoors especially hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his family and going camping. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Gary Cadenhead and a nephew Jacob Cadenhead.

          Dwight is survived by his wife of 16 years Sheila Cadenhead; daughters: Mary Counihan and Rebecca Cadenhead; stepchildren: Christina Braum and Allen Williams; Brothers: Roger Cadenhead, Kenny Cadenhead, Rex Cadenhead, and Earl Cadenhead and a sister Pat McCallum; grandchildren: Robert Haggurty, Julius Keyer, and Bella Braum; along with numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.

          The celebration of Dwight’s life will be held on Wednesday August 24, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery in Baker.
