Mrs. Eva G. Redd, aged 66 years old, passed away on July 12, 2024 at 4:04pm. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother, who dedicated her life to her family.
Born on May 8, 1958, Eva was born in Pasay City, Metro Manila Philippines to her father and mother, Martiniano and Bemedios Gatchalian. She was a sister to Eddie, Vicente, Joel, Gil, Myrna, Nora, Liza, and Martiniano Jr. She met and married the love of her life, Airman Kenneth Redd and together they shared 44 wonderful years of marriage. Their love and commitment to each other was unlike no other. They were truly each other’s best friends. She was a Philippine-American and a devoted U.S. Air Force wife who made many sacrifices to support her husband and country.
Eva was a devoted mother to three children: her daughter Ekeitha and sons Jasper and Keenan. She cherished her role as a grandmother to her three grandchildren, Jayda, Julian, and Jaire who brought immense joy and pride to her life.
Known for her strong will, laughter, and delicious cooking she leaves her family and those who knew her with everlasting memories. She was a hardworking and dedicated woman in restaurant management and everything that she does; these traits were passed down to her children, friends, and coworkers.
Eva will be deeply missed by her husband and forever in his heart. She will also be missed by her children, grandchildren, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
We will having be having a burial service in Pensacola, Florida, with Father Roy Marien officiating, to honor and remember her life.

and then together we will drive over to the military Barrancas National Cemetery. Please be on time.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Little Children of the World, Inc. (littlechildren. org) in Eva Redd’s memory. The organization provides food, housing, education, healthcare, livelihood training, and Christian education to poverty stricken children to families in the Philippines.
