Genera Norman

Genera Norman, age 69, unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. She was born in Geneva, Alabama on October 6, 1953, to Bev and Laura Edwards. While in her teens her family moved to Montgomery, Alabama. Genera loved business and was good at it. For years she owned a successful printing company in Wetumka, Alabama and later a printing supply company in Pensacola, Florida. She loved people and they loved her. Genera loved the beach, going out on the boat, many crafts, her flower gardens, and her Auburn Tigers.

            She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Laura Glenn Murchison.

            Genera is survived by her husband of 38 years, Chris Norman; her son, Seth Rigdon and wife Julie; brother, Dr. Dana Edwards and wife Angel; sister, Cindy Brown and husband Randy; and grandchildren, who she loved more than anything, Seth Christopher and Cayden Rigdon.

            A Celebration of Life will be held at the Amvets Post 35 in Crestview on November 20, 2022 at 2:30pm.
