Funeral Services for Glenda Gail Gardner will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, December 11th, 2019 at Woodlawn Baptist Church 824 N. Ferdon Blvd. Crestview, Fl. A visitation at the church begins at 10 AM.
Gail, 85 entered into Eternal Life with her Savior Jesus Christ in Heaven, peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on Sunday, December 8th 2019.
Gail was born in Panama City, FL to Roy and Hettie McBride. Gail and Quentin (“Q”) Gardner were united in marriage on April 13, 1962 and would have celebrated 58 years of marriage.
Gail was a committed follower of Jesus Christ. She was devoted to her husband, her sons, and their families and delighted in spending time with them. Gail faithfully and joyfully served in many capacities in their church, such as working in women’s ministries, teaching children, and singing in the church choirs.
Gail was preceded in death by her first-born son, Rick, her sisters Rebecca and Sharon, and her parents Roy and Hettie.
Gail is survived by her husband, Quentin, sons Don (Catherine), Heath (Laura) 5 Grandchildren, Nikki (Dave) Rockwood, Megan, Jonathan, Audrey and newborn Victoria, 2 Great-Grandchildren, Amaya and Tyson, Daughter-in-law Melanie Kispert, and Nieces Cheri (Ben) Tomblin and Cindy Martin.
Gail was a Godly woman and an incredibly strong woman. She left a legacy to her family of God’s amazing love and grace, and was example to all her knew her. We look forward to the day we will be reunited in Heaven.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to Emerald Coast Hospice Care.
