James Robert Caine, Jr., was born in Valparaiso, Florida on July 18th, 1960, to James Robert Caine, Sr. and Dora Florence Harvell Caine.
James was a high school graduate of Crestview High School, Class of 1979. After high school he followed a passion, he had as far back as his childhood, a love of heavy equipment. Many knew him as Skins, Brown, or Crongo. He loved a good ole fish fry gathering, good music and good friends. He always greeted you as brother or sweets. Friendships were a big part of his life, and his circle was as big as a mountain. He loved to mechanic on just about anything and he loved teaching his son, Justin, all that he knew.
James loved being a Paw Paw and watching his grandchildren grow and he was very proud of them.
He had a loving home with Rhonda for 9 great years and a riding partner in a fur buddy Frankie.

He is survived by his son, Justin Caine; daughter, Laura Wilson; sister, Sylvia Peterson (Everette and Jenny); his loving companion Rhonda Watkins; (Sydney and Brooke); eight grandchildren; and his loyal pup Frankie.
James could enter a room of strangers and come out with a room full of friends.
