John Aladbert Flanagan
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of John Aladbert Flanagan who departed this world on December 9, 2024, at the age of 77. He was born November 14, 1947, in Queens, New York to parents James Flanagan and Lena Kashulines. John may be known to many as John Dough, the man who made amazing pizza dough that is served in many local restaurants.
John married the love of his life Immaculate (Tina) Raimo of New York on June 12, 1971, and they built an amazing life together full of laughter and love. He was the loving father to Teresa, Christina, and Alan. He was a selfless husband, father, papa, and great grandpa who regularly gave his time, finances, and talents to help everyone. John and Tina lived a happy life throughout the Florida Panhandle but made Crestview home in the later years.
John is survived by his beautiful wife, Immaculate (Tina); daughter Teresa Neisen; daughter Christina Theison; son Alan Flanagan; grandchildren Alyssa, Jordan, Damien, Olivia, Alana, and Lane; great grandkids WrenLee and Willow; brothers Joe Flanagan and Tommy Flanagan; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that are like family.
The family would like to extend a heart-felt thank you to all who have loved on them in every capacity during the time of hospice and loss.
Arrangements are entrusted to Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home in Crestview. Guest book and condolences are available online at www.whitehurstpowellfuneralhome.com
