Obituary
June Wilkinson, age 79, passed away on April 30, 2023. She was born on June 27, 1943 in Jacksonville, Florida to Mary Woods. She had been a member of Live Oak Baptist Church since 1996. June love making pottery, handmaking jewelry, crocheting, needlepoint, collecting dolls and she was aka a part of the Waffle House Community and her heart will always be with those at The Pyramid Community. She had a big passion to help those who needed her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Wilkinson; momma, Mary Wood; and son, Buddy Causey.
June is survived by her brother, Victor Morris; sister-in-law, Melanie Morris; grandchildren, Kara Payne, Bryon Dreading and wife Sara, Stephen Dreading, Cory Leverett and wife Karen; great-grandchildren, Victor Payne, Allana and Anthony Dreading, Justyn, Kassidy, Jaycee and Kastyn Leverett.
A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, May 13th , 2023 from 10:00-11:00am at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home with funeral service starting at 11:00am. Interment will be Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Evergreen Cemetery, Jacksonville, Florida.
