Lewis "Neal" Corlew, III

Neal Corlew of Crestview, Florida, was born on February 10, 1992, in Oahu, Hawaii, to Kimberly and Lewis Corlew, Jr. A beloved son, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, Neal unexpectedly passed away on February 1, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with undiagnosed medical issues and chronic nerve pain. Neal’s life was cut short, but never his worth. We find great solace knowing that he is now pain-free, embraced in the loving arms of his Heavenly Father, and reunited with his devoted mother.

Neal was preceded in death by his mother, Kimberly Corlew, and grandmothers Louise Corlew and Sandra Weit. He is survived by his father, Lewis Corlew, Jr., and stepmother, Sue Corlew; his younger brother, Nicholas (Kathianna) Corlew; his niece, Emmaryss, and nephew, Draven Corlew; as well as his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless loved ones who cherished him deeply and mourn his unforeseen passing.

The gathering to honor Neal’s life will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 5-7PM at Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home, 436 West James Lee Blvd, Crestview, FL 32536.

Neal loved wearing hoodies, so attendees are encouraged to dress casually and wear a hoodie if they wish.
