Linda Weinrich

Linda Weinrich, 76, passed from this world into the arms of her savior Sunday Dec. 1, 2024 finishing her battle with breast cancer.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Dana Holland (Tony), her sister Shirlene Reeves, her 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Mark E. Rees II; brothers Myron Weaver, James Weaver, Thomas Weaver and Neal Weaver; Parents Kenneth and Lois Weaver.

Linda was born in Cantonment, FL in 1948. Her family moved to St. Marys, GA where she graduated from Camden County High School in 1966. She then joined the U.S. Army as a medic. Later she went on to become a nurse. She spent the next several decades perfecting her art of caring for others. Over the years she cared for many in hospital, nursing home and home settings. She spent the last several years being the face of greeting for her church's mission on Saturday mornings.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday Dec. 7, 2024 at New Beginnings Church in Crestview, FL. Visitation is at 10, with services to follow at 11.
