Marcia Jordan Strickland

July 31, 1939 – August 13, 2025

Marcia Ann Strickland, 86, of Crestview, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on August 13, 2025. She was born on July 31, 1939, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Etheridge and Mildred Jordan.

Marcia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She cherished time with her family and found joy in sewing, cross-stitching, shopping, and making lasting memories with those she loved. She faithfully served as a records clerk for the Okaloosa Baptist Association and was a devoted member of First Baptist Church of Crestview.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Eugene Strickland; children Tommy Strickland (Diana) and Suzanne Decker (Scott); grandchildren Sara, Corey (Cheryl), Trey, Ashton, Heather (Austin), Michael, Devin, and Jessica; great grandchild Jacob; and brothers Donald Jordan (Nancy) and Ken Jordan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by many dear friends and loved ones who now welcome her into eternal rest.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 3:00 p.m., at First Baptist Church of Crestview. Marcia’s legacy of love, faith, and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
