Mark E. Rees II, 55, passed from this earth at his home Saturday April 6, 2024.

Mark graduated from Crestview Senior High school in 1986. He then served in the US Army from 1986-1992 as a Combat Engineer in Alaska. He spent the remainder of his career in various management roles for different companies. Mark loved listening to rock music, cooking, traveling to explore new places, and entertaining all with his sarcastic sense of humor.

Mark is survived by his wife Pamela Hannah-Rees; his mom Linda Weinrich of FL; his sister Dana Holland (Tony), and his nephews (who he lovingly referred to as his favorite nieces!) Joshua (WA), Zachary (TN), and Gabriel (FL); son Bryant Rees and his son David (AK); daughter Katie Rees and her children Katja and Malechi (TN); son Travis Rees and his sons Brennan, Brycen and Isaiah (AK); son Dakota Rees (CA); daughter Taylor Rees (TN); Step-sons Kamren Apelskog and Tyeler Apelskog (FL).

There will be a memorial service Sunday May 19, 2024, 6:30 pm at the gazebo at Twin Hills Park.
