​Nicky Glenn Myers, whose life was defined by his work ethic and his devotion to his faith, passed away on  May 27, 2026.

​Originally from Crestview, FL, Nicky was a proud graduate of Troy University. He dedicated much of his professional life to law enforcement, serving as a police officer in Okaloosa County for many years. He was well-regarded across Northwest Florida for his years of dependable service and his commitment to the residents of his community.

​A longtime member of the First Baptist Church in Crestview, Nicky’s faith remained a constant throughout his life. He is preceded by his parents, Everett and Wynell Myers, and his nephew, Ryan.

​He is survived by his children, Ashton Myers of Austin, Texas, and Ashley Myers of Tallahassee, Florida; his brother, Shannon Myers of Jack, Alabama; and several extended family members and friends.

​In accordance with his wishes, Nicky will be cremated. The family will honor his life with a small, private gathering in lieu of a formal service.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 3:00-5:00pm at Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home.
