Fred Phillip Bowman, 60, of Crestview, FL passed on to our Heavenly Father on January 9, 2024.
Phil was a colorful, lively soul who was cherished by many.
Phil was lovingly known in the community as Phil-Dirt. 6 out of 7 days a week, you would see him around town or on a job site wearing his signature white “I Phil Dirty” t-shirt.
Phil was a friend to many, he never met a stranger, and had a dynamic personality. Most people would say he was larger than life. But more than anything, he loved the Lord. And he wanted to share that with anyone who would lend him an ear.
He was born on July 29,1963 at Eglin AFB to his loving parents Fred and Kathleen Bowman. He was the youngest of 4 children. His three older sisters Cheryl (Terry), Sigrid (Jim),and Kathy (James) loved him very much.
He will be terribly missed and survived by his wife, Belinda and his shadow, his best buddy, Bow. He is also survived by his siblings, children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
Phil was a proud Father to Casey (Pam), McKenzie, Lalie (Seth), Michael, and Jordan (Mo) and PawPaw to his grandchildren with his youngest being Charlotte.
Phil was preceded in death by his parents, son McKenzie, and brother-in-law Charlie.
