Robyn Albright age 80 of Crestview passed away on July 25, 2020. She was born in Baker, FL on June 27, 1940 to Frank and Busey Carroll. Robyn was a faithful and active member of Milligan Baptist Church. She was an active member of the WMU and was an avid seamstress and loved to sew. Robyn loved to cook, especially for family and friends in her community. She worked for the telephone company for 24 years before retiring. Robyn worked with the Crestview Housing Authority for many years, helping families and seeing to their needs. Most of all she loved taking care of her family. Robyn was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Busey Carroll, brothers: Bob and William Carroll and sister Edith Cronin. Survivors include her children: John “Buddy” Albright of Baker, FL and Busey Ann Ward of Winchester, VA; brother Frank Carroll of Miami, FL; grandchildren: Lukas Albright, Joshua Albright, Kaylee Albright, and Macy Ward; great grandchildren: Shiloh Albright, Hunter Harlan, and John A. Barnhill, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. The celebration of Robyn’s life will be on Wednesday July 29, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Whitehurst-Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Ted Jernigan officiating with burial to follow in the Griffith Cemetery. A time of visitation with the family will begin at 1:00 p.m. The family asks that anyone attending please be considerate of the current situation and that masks are recommended, but not required.
