Rosa Wilson, age 98, of Crestview, FL passed away Friday, May 20, 2022, at Shoal River Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her loving family.

Rosa, daughter of the late Martin and Juana Arce Apalategui, was born September 2, 1923, in Atwood, CA. She dedicated her life to taking care of her family. Rosa made clothes for her children, including her daughter’s wedding gown. Enjoyed pulling weeds from the grass, and cooking.

Other than her parents, Rosa is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence O. Wilson; granddaughter Dawn Marie Cuchens; five brothers; four sisters. Those left to cherish her memories include her daughter Margaret Mangers of Crestview; grandchildren Jon Mangers (Kelly) Smiths Station, AL, and David Mangers (Alicia) of Italy; great grandchildren Laken Saeugling (Corey), Emily Mangers, Joseph Mangers, William Mangers, Isabella Mangers, and Madalyn Mangers; great great grandchildren Lillian Saeugling and Caroline Saeugling.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside CA.
