Sharon Lizette Sutton

Sharon Sutton age 77 of Meridian, Miss passed away on Monday March 28, 2022. She was born in Brewton, AL on May 29, 1944 to Grady and Nolia Dubose. Sharon was raised in the Opp, AL area and lived in Texas and Crestview for several years. Her later years were spent in Meridian, MS. While living in Crestview Sharon worked as a librarian at the Crestview Community Library before retiring. She loved to travel and was very involved with her church. Sharon loved living life with her friends at her retirement community. She was preceded in death by her father, Grady Dubose and her step mother Mamie Dubose, her mother Nolia Shagena and her step fahter Gordon Shagena, her husband Nevielle Sutton.

Sharon is survived by her brothers and sisters in law: George and Debbie Dubose and Terry and Mary Dubose, and several nieces and nephews.

A service of Sharon will be held on Tuesday April 5, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Everyone is asked to gather at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m. Burial will take place at Liveoak Park Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Sharon's memory to the Sunday Fund & can be mailed to Alders Gate Retirement, 6600 Poplar Springs Drive, Meridian, MS 39305
