Terence Sillars

Terence Sillars, age 40, passed away December 15, 2019.  He was born on September 6, 1979 in Riverside, California.  Terence graduated from Crestview High School in 1998 and worked at the Santa Rosa Prison, OCI and Okaloosa County Jail.  He was a gym rat & loved weight-lifting. Terence enjoyed working on his car and his mud truck. Terence loved spending time at the beach and kayaking.  He also enjoyed charity mud runs and hiking in the Georgia mountains. Terence loved Jennifer Morris, she was his best friend and they were always happiest when together.  On Sunday evening they both passed, doing what they loved most: being together and riding motorcycles.
Terence was preceded in death by his grandfather Charles Mangrum; grandparents, Charles and Arlene Sillars; and uncles, Wayne Sillars and Charles Keith Mangrum.

Survivors include his parents, Gary and Dana Sillars; grandmother, Shirley Mangrum; sister, Sara Sillars and niece Soleil Sillars; aunts and uncles, Vicki Steppert and Scott; Mark Mangrum and Lynda and Randy Sillars.  Terence also leaves behind many many friends and co-workers.

The service for Terence will be held on Saturday December 21, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at the Airport Road Church of Christ.  Burial will follow in the Old Bethel Cemetery.  A time of visitation with the family will be from 10:00 a.m til 12:00 p.m..  In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Terence’s memory to Family First Network for Operation Santa Claus.
