Thomas Andrew Adcock

          Thomas Adcock was welcomed into heaven on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at the age of 67. He was born on Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisianna, but spent most of his life in Crestview, Fl. He graduated from Crestview High School in 1975 and joined the United States Military, serving 4 years in the Marine Corps, and 19 years in the Air Force Reserves. He married Brenda Howard in 1980, and they had two children. Thomas also had a career as an electrician and enjoyed using his skills to help others. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Crestview where he enjoyed learning about God’s word and was well known for his contagious laugh. He held many titles throughout his lifetime, but most cherished the title of “Papa” to his three grandchildren.

          Thomas is survived by his daughter Suzanne Hartzog and husband Bryce; grandchildren: Evie, Charley, and Tommy Hartzog; brother Steve Adcock, sisters and brothers in law Holly and Stephen Booe, Myra and Larry Kubinek, Sally and Stephen Yozviak; and sister in law Barbara Robinson. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Lillian Owen and Thomas Adcock; his sisters Kathy Frunk, Debbie Wadford and Susan Larimer; his loving wife Brenda Adcock, and son Andy Adcock.

          The celebration of Thomas’ life will be held on Monday, June 19, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Crestview. A time of visitation with the family will begin at 1:00 p.m.
