Victor Fleischer age 71 of Crestview passed away Saturday September 10, 2022, at his home. He was born in New Jersey on August 1, 1951, to Seymour and Lenor Fleischer. Victor served his country in the Navy and the United States Air Force. After retiring from the Air Force Vic went to work at InDyne for many years. He loved music and especially the Moody Blues. Vic loved to work in the yard and garden and loved to go bowling and fishing. Most of all he loved his family. He was preceded in death by his parents and several uncles and aunts.
Vic is survived by his wife of 47 years, Rebecca Fleischer; sons: Michael Fleischer and his wife Roxanne and Charles Fleischer; sister Sandra Winston and her husband Ronald; also surviving are his 6 grandchildren.
A celebration and memorial service of Vic’s life will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home with Father Roy Marion officiating and military honors to follow. Vic’s final resting place will be at Barrancas National Cemetery.
