William "Bill" Waters Obituary

1st SGT (Ret) USMC

1948 – 2021

“My religious belief teaches me to feel as safe in battle as in bed. God has fixed the time for my death.  I do not concern myself with that, but to always be ready no mater when it may overtake me.  This is the way all men should live, then all would be equally brave.”

General Thomas Jonathan (Stonewall) Jackson July 24, 1861, 3 days after First Manassas.
