So sorry to see Cecil passing.
I was one of his home health nurses in the past with him. I loved going to see him, loved all the stories, honestly I did.
My memories I shall cherish. I feel blessed to have met him.
May heaven rejoice with his soul.

We are so sorry for the loss of our friend, Cecil. He always had a smile on his face and an offer to help whoever may be in need. Cecil will be missed. To his family, we wish you peace and comfort from our Lord, that you will have the strength to get through the days ahead. May God bless this family.

The Schrader family is remembering a great man, who knew no stranger. Cecil always would lend a hand or help out the Schraders (who happened to live right down the road). Many great stories were told and will be told with Cecil in them. Praying for you all.

So sorry to hear of Cecil's passing. He was a great human being and we will miss him. We knew him through Scouting. So many stories and stews, a truly great guy. Condolences and prayers for you all.
