Drew was an amazing patient manager , he was my supervisor before I left Asurion. Drew treated me with dignity and respect and patience. I also suffer from PTSD and it had greatly impacted my performance and attendance as well, sometimes I would be taking phone calls and just be literally crying thru them. Drew was NEVER unsympathetic or inpatient with me. I never shared my issues, most people at asurion just thought I was weird or crazy - because I was so withdrawn and in my own pain and world .. there was a specific incident that I was really struggling and Drew came to help me he sat at my desk and REFUSED to leave my side until I felt comfortable and understood what I was doing and there after he continued to check on me make sure I was ok and always had a smile for me and compassion. Drew was an amazing human and at that time I had no idea of his demons yet we shared the same illness and I never knew. I just remember and knew him as an empathetic FUNNY caring human. For this I am forever grateful and feel honored to have known him for however brief that was. I am so sorry he lost his battle, this world needs more beautiful souls as the one we have lost.. I am so so sorry for your family loss .. Psalm 34:18 where You say, “The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those crushed in spirit.”
