Sorry to hear of Mr. Barrow's passing. He was a wonderful person. I worked with him as a young man, learning the carpentry trade on Rex Tew's crew. I enjoyed his sense of humor and his kindness. It's good that we have men like him pass through this life on their way to better places.

Creston was a good man and a great neighbor. Always ready to just sit down and talk a spell. We live behind him and he built our house 40 years ago. The one thing I really remember is how proud he always was of his garden. I loved his spring cabbages most. They were so tender and sweet. God has a good man now. Prayers to Patsy, Sharon, Linette and Doyle and their families.

We are so sorry to hear about your loss! We are praying for all of you. It has been many years since we've been back to Florida but the memories of my childhood are always brightened when I think of Creston and watermelon! Hold on to those wonderful memories and allow them to carry you through these sad times!
